A distinctive Indonesian coffee from the highlands of Aceh in northern Sumatra, where cool mountain climates and fertile volcanic soil create ideal conditions for exceptional Arabica coffee.
This lot is processed using a unique wet-hulled fermentation method, with carefully added lychee extract to enhance the coffee’s natural sweetness and tropical character. After fermentation, the beans are partially dried, wet-hulled, and then dried again to the ideal moisture level. The result is a vibrant and exotic cup with remarkable clarity and balance.
