This premium crop comes to you from the lands of Colombia, specifically from the Quindío region, in Armenia, at an altitude ranging between 1700–2200 meters above sea level. It is produced at Carlos Arcila’s farm, Castellón, which spans 7 hectares at around 1450 meters above sea level.

Carlos Arcila comes from a Colombian coffee-growing family. With over 32 years of experience, he transformed the farm by preparing the soil, restoring natural springs, and cultivating a vibrant environment filled with plants like Heliconia and other native trees. Today, Castellón Farm stands out as a truly stunning, tree-surrounded landscape.

Carlos is known for applying strict agricultural practices, resulting in consistently high-quality coffee crops.

The coffee is processed using the anaerobic honey method, where the beans undergo fermentation for up to 72 hours while retaining their mucilage, before being dried on raised beds.
