A vibrant Colombian coffee from Quindío, specifically Armenia, sourced from Castellón Farm owned by Carlos Arcila—a renowned producer from a long-established coffee-growing family. With decades of experience, Carlos has transformed the farm into a flourishing landscape rich with natural springs, colorful flowers, and native trees.

This lot is processed using an anaerobic honey method, where the coffee ferments for up to 72 hours while retaining its mucilage, then is carefully dried on raised beds. This meticulous process enhances clarity and complexity, revealing a bright and refreshing cup with lively fruit notes and natural sweetness.

Roasted to perform beautifully for both espresso and filter brewing.
