Serena Colombia | 250g
Description:
Serena is an exceptional Colombian specialty coffee that begins its journey in the highlands of Huila, where coffee cherries are carefully harvested from small farms at elevations ranging between 1600 and 1900 meters above sea level.
Following an initial fermentation stage that develops depth and complexity, the coffee is transferred to Los Patios, where it undergoes a second anaerobic honey fermentation focused on enhancing the character of yellow tropical fruits. This 60-hour fermentation process creates a vibrant and expressive cup filled with fruit sweetness and remarkable aromatic intensity.
The coffee is then meticulously sun-dried to preserve its unique flavor profile, resulting in a rich body, balanced sweetness, and a beautifully layered cup experience.
