Myanmar – Shan | 250g

Description:
From the mist-covered mountains of southern Shan, Myanmar, this coffee is grown in the Bao villages at elevations between 1340–1620 meters. The region is rich in agriculture, where farmers cultivate coffee alongside avocados, oranges, tea, and rice—creating a vibrant and fertile environment.

This lot undergoes an anaerobic drying process: the cherries are placed in oxygen-free containers for around 42 hours, then carefully dried on raised beds for 18–23 days. The result is a complex and expressive cup with bright fruit character and smooth balance.
