A luxurious Colombian coffee from Quindío (Armenia), grown at elevations of 1200–1700 meters on Buenos Aires farm, owned by Hernando—part of a long-standing coffee-growing family.
This lot is processed using an anaerobic honey method, where the beans ferment for up to 72 hours with their mucilage intact, then are carefully dried on raised beds. The result is a rich, smooth, and expressive cup crafted to suit both espresso and filter brewing.
