Description:
From the village of Bombe in Sidamo, we present Salma—a carefully selected lot from the farm of Basha Bekele, a passionate coffee farmer dedicated to improving cultivation and processing practices.

Grown at a high altitude of 2250 meters on fertile, herb-rich mountain soil, this coffee benefits from ideal natural conditions. Only perfectly ripe cherries are handpicked with precision, often revisiting the same trees multiple times to ensure optimal quality.

The beans are then dried naturally on raised beds for 16–21 days, with constant care—turned several times daily and protected during peak sun and night—to achieve a consistent and refined result.

The outcome is a vibrant and sweet cup, full of character and perfect for both filter brewing and espresso.
