Black Knight Chelchele – Ethiopia is a specialty coffee from the Chelchele area of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced by Black Knight Roastery. Grown at elevations between 2,000–2,200 MASL, this coffee uses the Kurume variety and is processed naturally through drying. The natural process brings out a rich, fruit-forward character with pronounced sweetness and a full body.

The coffee is particularly well suited to filter brewing and espresso, where its fruity character and substantial body remain prominent. It also performs well as a cold filter coffee and cold brew, where the fruit character becomes balanced and refreshing.
