Nestled in the Apaneca–Ilamatepec mountain range of El Salvador, La Martina is produced by the Alvaro family—coffee growers with over a century of experience. This region is among the finest in Central America for specialty coffee.

Around 60% of the coffee trees grow under shade, allowing the cherries to mature slowly and evenly. This process enhances natural sugars and intensifies the coffee’s flavor, resulting in a rich and expressive cup after roasting.
