From the highlands of Colombiaβ€”specifically the slopes of the Galeras Volcano in the NariΓ±o regionβ€”this exceptional coffee is cultivated at altitudes reaching 2300 MASL, in one of the world’s richest agricultural environments.

Produced by over 200 dedicated local farmers, the coffee is carefully washed and fermented for 20–25 hours, then dried in controlled solar dome dryers to ensure even drying and optimal flavor development.

The soil, enriched by volcanic ash from active volcanoes, infuses the beans with natural minerals and concentrated flavors. Additionally, the coffee is grown under nitrogen-fixing trees, preserving soil health and enhancing crop quality.
