This lot is processed using a unique wet-hulled fermentation method, with carefully added lychee extract to enhance the coffee’s natural sweetness and tropical character. After fermentation, the beans are partially dried, wet-hulled, and then dried again to the ideal moisture level. The result is a vibrant and exotic cup with remarkable clarity and balance.
