What is cashback calculated on?
On the products total after discounts. Delivery fees are not included, and any amount paid from your wallet counts as a discount.
When does cashback reach my wallet?
As soon as your order is delivered or picked up. If an order is cancelled, its cashback is removed.
Where can I use my balance?
At checkout, choose to pay from your wallet. You can use it for up to a set share of the products total, depending on your tier.
Is it the same wallet in the app and on the website?
Yes — one account, one wallet. What you earn in the app you can spend on the website, and the other way round.
How do I reach the next tier?
Every delivered order adds to your purchase total. Once you pass the next tier’s threshold you move up automatically and your rate goes up.
